About the Author
J. DAVIDSON FRAME is professor of management science at the School of Business and Public Management at the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He consults to public, nonprofit, and private organizations worldwide, and conducts seminars and workshops in project management. He is the author of The New Project Management (Jossey-Bass, 1994).
