Finland - Land of Beauty

A genuine love for Finland and a passion for photography were the assets with which the photographer and reporter Anne Saarenoja set out on her three-year project to record the Finnish way of life in the archipelago, on the Åland Islands, in Lapland, beside Lake Saimaa and in innumerable other places from the old ironworks community of Fiskars to the austere land-scape of Hailuoto. This warm-hearted book os photographs depicts Finnish landscapes, interiors and natural splendors in all their beauty, basking in the summer sun or shrouded in a winter atmosphere.
